If a live pageside ActiveX chart calls LoadFromURL to another ASP.NET page, the Webform page that receives the call to generate the URL Chart gets called twice instead of once.

Double call caused by internal URL checking for valid URL made by TeeChart. Fix involves adding a property to TeeChart for those who prefer to disable the check.
