Step to reproduce :

Running Delphi Xe5 with "TeeChart Lite 2014 for RAD XE5 Update 2"
I put a TChart on a VCL form and add a Bar serie.
I disable marks for this serie.
I save the form and close the window.
I reopen the form.

Result :
Marks are visible.

Result expected :
Marks are not visible.

I can't reproduce the problem with the current version v2017.22.

If you can reproduce the problem with the current version, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll reopen the issue.
