An example of this can be seen with the Legend CheckBoxes, which do not respond to mouse clicks:

    private void InitializeChart()
    {
      Points points = new Points();
      points.Add(10);
      tChart1.Series.Add(points);
      var rotate = new Rotate();
      tChart1.Legend.CheckBoxes = true;
      tChart1.Tools.Add(rotate);
