Having a Chart with a ToolTip:
- Move the mouse over a point: the tooltip is shown.
- Scroll the page (without moving the mouse) so the mouse pointer goes out of the chart

The ToolTip is still drawn next to the mouse pointer, but the mouse pointer is out of the chart.

Note you can change the mouse wheel action to zoom the chart.

Chart1.zoom.wheel.enabled = true;

In this case, we should check if the mouse pointer is still over a series point or not.
