The PolarSeries isn’t drawn in correct way when the Inverted property is enabled. The code below shows the problem:

Chart1.BackColor := clWhite;
Series1.CircleBackColor := clWhite;
Series1.AddPolar(30,30,' ', clRed);
Series1.AddPolar(45,45,' ', clRed);
Series1.AddPolar(60,60,' ', clRed);

Series1.Pen.Visible :=false;
Series1.Transparency := 100;
Series1.AngleIncrement := 30;
Series1.RadiusIncrement := 30;
Series1.RotationAngle := 90;

Series1.ClockWiseLabels := True;

Chart1.Axes.Bottom.SetMinMax(0,90);
Chart1.Axes.Bottom.Inverted := True;
Chart1.Axes.Left.SetMinMax(0,90);

Chart1.Axes.Bottom.Grid.Visible := True;
