KnobGauge seires is resized after add the series in design time and reopen Chart Editor. To reproduce the problem please follow the steps below: 

1. Place a TChart component on a form.
2. Adds a KnobGauge series from Chart Editor.
3. Close the KnobGauge
4. Close the Editor, reopen it and go to Series tab.
