Test project with compiled exes for High-DPI and non-High-DPI + screenshots

The customer added a project in the forums.
I've attached here a simplified version with compiled exes for High-DPI and non-High-DPI + screenshots.

When setting High-DPI the texts are sharp but not big as the rest of components (button, label, etc)
