The editor doesn't re-adjust its size when the text size of computer is changed. To reproduce the problem, you should only change the Text size of computer(125%-140%) in Control Panel\Appearance and Personalitzation\Display

Reproduced with Windows 7.
Works fine in Windows 10.

It's reproducible in Windows 10 if you logout and login again to apply the settings at system level. Before login out the changes are applied in virtualization mode (stretching everything, giving blurred texts but at correct positions).
