Having some series with a long title and other series with a short title the clicked event isn't precise enough. This breaks the checkboxes.
On some cases you click on an item and another item changes its state.

I've modified the test example from #1030 (related).
Check different settings like different string lengths, disable dividing lines or symbols, or resize the chart to have more/less columns in the legend.

The legend checkboxes are drawn displaced to the top when AntiAliasText is set to gpfNormal in GDIPlus.
