Zoom flickering images

In web application we set the tee chart background color but while zoom in and out flickering the background color.

We can reproduce the problem using a simple application. Could you please attached the code where the problem appears?

Hi,

It is difficult to share the application having complex dependencies along with database. 
Is it possible we can have a sharing session to view/understand the issue?
