1). not able to  add toolS, axis, pens   from designer . design time error occurs

Hello Savi,

The problem doesn't occur using the latest TeeChart  4.1.2015.12160. I would suggest you test the trial version to try to verify the bug is fixed. You can download that from here: https://www.steema.com/downloads/net
