The export to *svg files doesn't work when there are unicode characters. Use code below to reproduce the problem. 

Note the code is made in c#.

        {
            axTChart1.Language = TeeChart.ELanguage.laKorean; 
            axTChart1.Series(0).Add(10, "제목 없음", 0x00ffff);
            axTChart1.Series(0).Add(5, "제목 없음", 0x00ffff);
