Something changed between v2012.06.1.1 and v2012.12.14.1.4 making the zoom and scroll not to be propagated to the page when the action starts inside the chart, both with iOS and Android.

If you open these pages with iOs or Android:

If you click on a chart (in the chart but out of the chartRect) you may expect the page to scroll.
- In v2012.06.1.1 the page scrolls
- In v2012.12.14.1.4 the page doesn't scroll
