In the Polar Smooth sample, the smooth values are drawn incorrectly.  
To reproduce the problem, please follow the steps below: 

1- go to "All Features -> Chart styles -> Extended -> Polar -> Polar Smooth" sample,
2- See that the Smooth polar in cyan is displayed at 0 degree as a straight line.

Hello,

This issue was reported by the TeeChart Pro ActiveX user. He checked it with the latest version of TeeChart ActiveX (v2015.0.0.3). He says if the issue only exists in the sample project, and it works correctly with the ocx, it can be wait. However, at least he expects you to check if it doesn't occur with the ocx.
