In VCL, having a TDoubleHorizBarSeries you can access the left part of the chart at runtime with:

  Series1.LeftChart...

In ActiveX there is asDoubleHorizBar, but it doesn't give access to the chart on the Left:

  TChart1.Series(0).asDoubleHorizBar.LeftChart

This feature has been added for the next TeeChart Pro ActiveX v2015.0.0.3 maintenance release.
