CircularGauge's CircularGauge_DisplayAngle demo wrongly painted in the All Features\Welcome!\Chart Styles\Gauges\CircularGauge DisplayTotalAngle in Tee9New demo.

Setting properties below for the CircularGauge series fixes the problem.

    DisplayTotalAngle := 200;
    DisplayRotationAngle := 125;
    Hand.Offset := 80;
