Take a look at the examples attached.

[ILINK32 Error] Error: Unresolved external '__fastcall Teeprocs::TCustomTeePanelExtended::GetDeviceContext(void *&)' referenced from K:\SUBPROJECTS\COMPONENTS\ITCOMP\OBJ\ITCHART.OBJ

- It works fine with v2013.09 in RAD 2007.
- Error reproduced with v2014.10, v2014.11 and with the latest version, v2015.14, in RAD 2007.

- It works fine with v2015.14 and XE7.
