Mouse Wheel Scroll

Scroll style is defined by the listbox at the top left side (see the attachment). 

1. In the initial display, the listbox is blank. 
2. The description in the textbox and the behaviour (the code set in the demo) don't seem to match. 
3. The panel size seems to be smaller. 

Could you please send us the modified files?
