I am using Automation sample project provided by teechart application. 

aChart.Create is called it return below mention error code:

CoCreateInstance of OLE control {B6C10489-FB89-11D4-93C9-006008A7EED4} failed
Result code: 0x80040154
Is the control is properly registered?

The message above is not an build error, is an message that display on output window of VS2013. after the aChart.Create fails.

Application version: TeeChart2014_0_0_2_ActiveXEval3264.exe
VS2013

After installation i tried to register ocx file, but it did not resolve my problem.

Please let me know your thought about this issue.

The problem is already fixed for next maintenance release of TeeChartActivex. Please use the Preview release Eval TeeChartActivex 2015 until we will publish new TeeChart maintenance release 2015. Here's the link:
