SeriesHotspot tool Map is not always covers the whole sector so isn't always able to see tooltip when you hover mouse over sector. When you take map area coordinates and draw polygon with them you see that polygon is incorrect.

The attached project shows the problem. 
The WebApplication2.rar is the specifically example. 
The Doughnut.rar is the example of drawing coordinates that I get from map area of red sector.
