By default, the TRoseSeries draws the values as segments, and each segment is a 
polygon.
We could add an option to draw these polygons rounded, like pie slices.

Just a comment, this is similar to the new feature in TPolarGrid series (Series1.GridStyle := gsCircled)

The limitation here (more complex to do) is, when having more than one Rose series and the Rose MultiRose property is mrStacked, points should be displayed both as Pie slices or Donut slices depending on the stack position.
