1) when adding a the WebChart component to a WebForm, an error message appears until the WebChart is resized
2) when editing a WebChart, random values added to a series do not appear until the WebChart is resized

Problem relating to Style tag for Chart width and height. Resolved.

For part 2 of this bug report, please use the right-mousebutton menu 'refresh' option after closing the chart editor at designtime to refresh-render changes.
