If I select "What's New?\Welcome !\New in Canvas\Flash "CompactCharts" and click the "Create and Open CompactChart..." button, unhandled exception occurs.

Hello Nagai,

I am afraid the problem you are experiencing in Flash "CompactCharts" example, doesn't occur for us using latest maintenance release of TeeChart.Net build number 4.1.2014.05090. Do you use the latest maintenance release of TeeChart.Net?

I use the same version as yours. We just translated the sample, that's all.
