This is due to time zone. when adding datetime you need to change the datetime to GMT for it to work, as follows. dt.setTimeZone(TimeZone.getTimeZone("GMT")) series.add(dt, 1); Thanks Saman Hello Saman, Many thanks for your information; this will be very useful for other customers with the same problem.
