- Create a VCL application and put a Chart and a TLineSeries at design time.
- Still in the editor, click the "Change..." button.

It gives "List Out of Index(3)" error

Checked in XE6 with both v2014.11 Beta and the actual internal sources.

Fixed. The problem was happening in XE and up ide, but not in Delphi 7.
Reason was a tabsheet was being hidden (TabVisible:=False) too early before the Chart Gallery was ready to show.
