Chart default automatic sizing behaviour is to include the full width/height of a Series Pointer within the Min/Max Axis scale.

Requirement is for this not to happen, that auto-sizing of the Axes can be overriden for the scaling not to exceed the Point's own XY co-ordinate.

New property applied to Series Pointer: "inflateMergins". Default true. Current behaviour for existing code therefore not affected.

Change applies to all Series using Pointer.
