CursorTool_Desc

For ImageTool, if I set description to TeeMsg_ChartImageDesc in TeeJapanese.pas, it's displayed in Japanese.
However, there are no constants for CursorTool (see the attached image) and others. Where can I set Japanese description to those tools?
