There are some tools added to the Annimations tab, so I checked the help documentation, but I couldn't find any of them.
If I select TeeChart Library Reference from the Start menu, an message that says "can't find the help". If I see the properties of TeeChart Library Reference, the path is set to "・・・・Docs\TeeChart2014.chm".

If I open the help from Explorer, it contains TeeChart2013.chm, instead of TeeChart2014.chm.

In the new help doc, are there any descriptions for them?

The descriptions of the Tools of Animations tab aren't in the TeeChart Library References. We will try to add it to upcoming maintenance releases of TeeChartVCL. 

Furthermore, I have added this problem in another bug, so I have considered are different issues. Here http://bugs.teechart.net/show_bug.cgi?id=684 you have the link of ticket.
