Making the TLineSeries' Pen wider, the axes margins are recalculated giving space for the line to be drawn.

A new property InflateMargins at TCustomSeries level like we already have for TPointSeries Pointer (TSeriesPointer) would allow the customers to choose if they want the axes to add extra margin depending on the line pen width or not.
