ColorLineTool error

Please follow the steps below:
1. creates a new project in VS2008.
2. places a TChart component on a form.
3. adds a BarSeries.
4. adds a ColorLineTool.

Right after adding a ColorLineTool, an error occurs, and Visual Studio shuts down.

The bug isn't specific problem of ColorLineTool and VS2008; the problem is produced sometimes by all tools and always when you remove the tool from the form in design-time for each Visual Studio versions.
