At the moment, the way to get all the assemblies is to run the installer more than once, each time selecting a different VS version and renaming slightly the folder which is created under %PROGRAMFILES%. An enhancement to this could be an additional radio button option for a "one run" install. .... or a checkbox for 'add all assemblies' once the principal one has been selected as the 'driver'.

This has been fixed for the latest installer, v4.1.2014.02240.
