Since you are no longer providing an up to date help file (in appropriate format, e.g. chm not hlp), then I suggest the Help button should be hidden by default from the runtime editor. Is there a way to disable/hide that button, rather than leave it pointing to an out-of-date help file?

The client who reported the issue adds:

"I think this should be a priority item, since the product as you ship it displays a Help file that is woefully out-of-date and detracts from it in the eyes of end-users. 

As a developer, not being able to do anything about that - without modifying the source code or rewriting the help file entirely - is not acceptable."
