Following properties of ColorBand tool are not persistent, i.e. not saved to .tee file:
StartLine.Annotation.Text
EndLine.Annotation.Text

Fixed. 
Full Annotation properties are now persisted, for ColorLine Annotation property, ColorBandTool StartLine and EndLine properties, and also for CursorTool AxisAnnotation property.
