The colorline tool in the last version of TeeChart VCL Pro ( TeeChartPro9/v2013_09_131119 ) , does not draw in the bottomaxis ;

For example :

Colorline1.Axis:=chart1.bottomaxis;
Colorline1.value:=10 ;

It draws a horizontal line in random position 

The version TeeChartPro9/v2012_07_121105 works Ok .
