Tee9New -> All features -> Basic features -> Show the chart editor -> Tools -> Add -> Other -> Magnify

Select the 'Tools' entry in tree then select 'Magnify' entry in the tree (not in the list) -> the editor in not showing

Add a second tool -> select this tool entry in tree then select Magnify entry in the tree (not in the list) -> the editor in not showing

Fixed. 

Latest sources do not exhibit this problem, editor dialog appears fine when selecting tools in the tree. If there is another case where this is happening, please edit this bug or issue a new one.
