Tee9New -> All features -> Basic features -> Show the chart editor -> Tools -> Add -> Other -> Magnify

Select the Magnify entry in the tree (not in the list) -> the editor in not showing

Select Tools in the tree and Magnify in the list shows as many copies of the tabs (Options,Border,Position,Size) as you clicked on Magnify in the tree

Fixed, at least the tabs duplication at editor.
Cannot reproduce the "not showing" problem.
