All Features\Welcome! \Miscellaneous\Image Filters\GammaCorrection and 
and Mosaic:
Even if marking the "Percent" checkbox, nothing changes.

Fixed.

For Gamma: 
When Percent is False, Amount is from 0 to 255. 
When Percent is True (the default), Amount is from 0 to 100.

For Mosaic:
When Percent is False (the default), Amount are pixels.
When Percent is True, Amount is % from 0 to 100 applied to the smaller rectangle picture edge (width or height).
