Even if scrolling the ZoomFilter scrollbar, nothing changes.

To reproduce the problem, taking a look in demo All Features\Welcome! \3D Canvas\Font Picture and move the ZoomFilter scrollbar.

Fixed.
The TeeFilters.pas TxxFilter classes "Assign" methods were missing and are now implemented.

Attached test project should work fine with latest sources.
