If you have the "Printer Spooler" service stopped, Tree1.Page.Height gives you an EOSError.
It can be solved adding the following at function TTreePage.GetHeight and GetWidth to capturate the error in the try:
    on EOSError do
    begin
      FUsePrinter:=False;
      result:=FHeight;
    end;
On the other hand, the customer proposes to catch all the Exceptions, not only the EOSError:
