I use TeeRecpmpile in an automated build situation.
TeeRecompile works just fine when started without parameters, or with one of the earlier builds.
But as I am upgrading my sources to RS12.0 I encountered this problem.

I tried 

TeeRecompile -build:"29" -sources:"S:\Sources\Libraries\Steema9\Source" -log:"TeeRecompile.log"
 
as well as

TeeRecompile -build:29 -sources:"S:\Sources\Libraries\Steema9\Source" -log:"TeeRecompile.log"

bit it complees in a few ms. TeeRecompile.log just contains:

Compilation started: 7-12-2023 15:44:12
 

Total time: 16 msec.

As I cannot run my daily automated build now, this is a "blocker" issue for me.

There was a bug in TeeRecompile while trying to detect RAD 12 Athens.
This should be fixed with the latest version here:
