If you set legend's ResizeChart to false, the legend is drawn behind the chart. It would be more logical to have the legend drawn over the chart, as with CustomPosition=true. [created:2012-03-28T16:00:32.000+01:00 reported by:yeray@steema.com reported in version:2012.05.120327 (TeeChart VCL)]

Fixed.

Legend has a new property "DrawBehind" (boolean) that is False by default.
That is, it'll be painted on top of chart and series by default.
