The activity gauge series doesn't work in VB6. 
Here is how to reproduce the error we are getting...
1. Create a new project in VB6.
2. Paste the TChart component into the form.
3. Add Activity Gauge series using the chart editor
4. Close the chart editor.
5. Run the project.
