Image that demonstrates this issue and project that reproduce the problem

TPieSeries class does not seem to be properly rendered in TeeChart Pro v2018.24.180321 VCL with Delphi 10.2 Update 3 (25.0.29899.2631) using GDI and DonutPercent > 0. The attached image demonstrates this issue. The attached project can be used to reproduce the problem.
