Editor, in design time, doesn’t save the Left Axis title angle property. 
To reproduce the problem, you should do that: 
1-	Add Chart in the form
2-	Go to Axes->Left->Title
3-	Change Angle from 90 to 0. 
4-	Run the application

The same problem appears for Depth Right axis. The attached project reproduce the problem when you change the Depth Right axis title from 270 to 0

Fixed.
"nodefault" property clause was missing for Angle
