Series Clear method works fine in Windows, both for Delphi and C++. 

It also works fine in Android for Delphi, but not in Android for C++. The code below reproduce the problem exactly: 

void __fastcall TForm1::FormCreate(TObject *Sender)
{
	Chart1->View3D = false;
	Series1 = new TLineSeries(Chart1);
	Chart1->AddSeries(Series1);
	Series1->FillSampleValues(10);
	Series1->Clear();
}

A workaround for this is use RemoveSeries

Adding the unit FMXTee.Engine.pas to the project makes the IDE to recompile it and the problem disappears.

These are good news for the source code customers, but it impedes us to debug and find the cause of the problem for those who don't have the sources.
