I just ran into this - and it is easy to duplicate.

Delphi 2009 - TeeChart 2010 - with full source... (Worked fine in Delphi 7)

1. Start Delphi - Start a new VCL Project
2. Add a TeeChart to the form
3. Add a new Series - TreeMap
4. Edit the Series - Go to Export - click on asJPEG - and then Preview.

At that point Delphi Freezes - and the screen greys out (As shown in the attached below). I can duplicate this over and over :)
