Having a CustomAxis and a TColorLineTool, if you try to assign the CustomAxis to the ColorLine (using the editor, at design-time or at runtime) you get an error.

The problem seems to be from v2017.20, concretely when implemented the fix for http://bugs.teechart.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1651
