Use the following code:

    private void InitializeChart()
    {

      for (int i = 0; i < 10; i++)
      {
        FastLine series = new FastLine(tChart1.Chart);

        series.FillSampleValues(100000);
        series.DrawAllPoints = false;
      }
      MarksTip tool = new MarksTip(tChart1.Chart);
    }

move the mouse within the ChartRect to see the MarksTips, then move the mouse outside of the ChartRect to see the error.
