Demo example Bar_MarksOnBar doesn’t work properly. Basically, the Angle NumericUpDown doesn’t change the Marks angle.

To reproduce the problem please follow the steps below: 
1-	Open Demo_project. 
2-	Go to What's New? -> New in Series -> Marks on Bar
3-	Try change Angle. Nothing happens.
