Expand Crash

The editor animation tab crashes the Visual Studio when is added Expand

To reproduce the problem, follow the steps below:
Open Visual Studio 2015.
Place a TChart component on the form
Open the Chart Editor
Click the Animations tab
Select the "+"
In the left pane of the Chart Animations Gallery, click Expand
In the right pane, drag the mouse over some points. Like this...
